At Urban Creative Marketing, we take great pride in delivering exceptional real estate marketing services through precise scheduling and dedicated time allocation for each booking. Our commitment to quality means that every job is carefully planned, ensuring that our photographers and videographers can provide the best possible results.

When a booking is made, a specific time slot is reserved exclusively for that client, and our team prepares accordingly—whether it’s scheduling the right professionals, setting up equipment, or planning the logistics of the shoot. Last-minute cancellations cause significant disruptions, not only impacting our business operations but also limiting opportunities for other clients who may have needed that time slot.

Many agencies do not have access to the high-end services we provide, and our resources are allocated with precision. When a client cancels within 24 hours, it creates an unfillable gap in our schedule, leading to lost revenue, inefficiencies, and logistical challenges. This policy is in place to ensure that our team’s time, expertise, and resources are respected and valued, just as we respect and value our clients’ commitment to their marketing goals.

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, and we always strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, our cancellation policy is essential to maintaining fairness, efficiency, and a high standard of service for all of our clients.

Cancellation Terms

  • Extreme weather events, including heavy rain, are exempt from this policy.

  • By confirming a booking via phone, email, text message, or any other means, you are automatically agreeing to these terms.

  • To avoid a cancellation fee, clients must provide written notice of cancellation via email more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time during business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Saturdays and Sundays are not included as part of the 24-hour notice period.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.

When you book a service with us, our team commits to that time slot, meaning we turn away other potential clients for the same period. A late cancellation makes it nearly impossible to rebook that slot, resulting in an irrecoverable loss of business.

Our services require careful preparation, from coordinating photographers and videographers to planning shoot logistics and ensuring equipment is ready. A last-minute cancellation wastes resources and disrupts workflows, affecting not only our team but also other clients who rely on timely service.

3. Respect for Professional Commitment

Our team of professionals provides a highly specialized service that requires meticulous attention to detail. Many agencies do not have access to the level of digital marketing we produce, and our ability to deliver these services relies on a well-structured schedule. By enforcing a cancellation policy, we ensure that our business remains viable, professional, and committed to excellence.
