The licensing agreement is strictly limited to the real estate agency named on the original invoice, and these assets cannot be transferred, shared, or re-licensed to another agent or agency. If additional usage is required outside of the original campaign, re-licensing fees will apply. Copyright of all images remains with Urban Creative Marketing and its photographers, ensuring that all content is used ethically, professionally, and in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.

Legal Consequences of Copyright Infringement
