Photos can only be used by the original agent for the original marketing campaign, purpose of selling the property.

Any remuneration is paid for urban creative’s services and not for the purchase of the photos.

Photos are not to be passed onto any other Agent / Vendor without the permission of urban creative.

The vendor/property owner or Real Estate Office DOES NOT own copyright of the photos and are not to re-use them to re-sell/rent the property without paying a fee.

If the vendor wishes to use the photos, sole ownership can be purchased from urban creative.

If the current/new owner of a property wishes to use the photos to rent the property a fee will need to be paid to re-licence the photos again.

This especially includes to lease a property after it has been sold, using the same photos from the sales advertisement on the lease ad without explict permission from urban creative is a breach of copyright law.
